POLYPROPYLENE NOZZLES

Made in virgin polypropylene type NOVOLEM 1.106, the hemispherical design of the head assures an excellent hydraullic repartition, not only in the filtering process but also in the cleaning process, having, also an excellent resístance to crushing.

The union head-body is made by a mechanic-termic coupling that gives a resistance and reliability very hard to obtain with other mechanic systems of coupling head-body of the nozzle.

The nozzles with a pitch of 0.2 mm have a free surface of 1.8 cm2
The nozzles with a pitch of 0.5 mm have a free surface of 5.22 cm2
Each nozzle is delivered completely equipped with their nut or ferrule, and ring made in polypropylene, rubber and PVC respectively, ready for their installation.

 STAINLESS STEEL NOZZLES

Made in stainless steel AISI 304L or in AISI 316L, the construction material gives to the nozzles an excellent mecanic and chemical resistance.

PROFILES

To avoid the passing of particles that goes with the fluid, a lot of meshes can be used with one condition that is the pitch must be smaller than the size of the particle. However a lot of grooves of the mesh can be obstructed with smaller particles compared with the pitch due to particle's geometry or the filtering media breakdown.

This problem can be solved using our exclusive antiobstruction profiles that assures that the particles don't get blocked in the mesh.

NORMALIZED MODELS

MODEL BI
In this model, the tighten and fixing are made in the lower part. This nozzle can be provided with a prolonging tube, when a liquid and a gas (water and air) are used in the countercurrent cleaning. The normalized length of the tube is 150 mm. Any other lengths can be provided under request.

MODEL BC
This nozzle is specially designed for its installation in ramificated collectors.
Identically of the previous model, the fluid is capted in the central nozzle through a hole which measures depend on the desired pressure drop in working conditions.
