For
flows under 20 m3/h we have a complete line of filters equipped with a
quick closure located in the upper part, which facilitates the replacement
of the cartridges.
Independently
of this quick closure line, a flanged closure system is avalaible for
all of the Stainless Steel Filter Housings.
MAIN
CHARACTERISTICS
Construction Materials
integrally made in stainless steel AISI-304 or AISI-316 except internal
elements made in plastic materials or plastified stainless steel.
Design
Pressure Calculated as pressure vessels, following ASME VIII div.
1 or ADMERKBLATT. The standard design pressure are 6 Kg/cm2 and 10 Kg/cm2
and the test pressure the corresponding to the selected design code. Under
request or another specification, it is not a problem to design and calculate
equipment for higher pressures.
Foundation Predicted to lie on a plain floor in a stable way.
Connections Generically the inlet/outlet connections are made by
standard flanges according DIN PN10, except concrete specifications. In
the smaller models this can be made by threatened sleeves, in order to
facilitate their connection.
Empty and drain All our equipment have a drain per chamber (filtered
and non filtered liquid) as well as a superior air drain and connections
for the installation of a security valve located in the upper part of
the equipment.
In
order to facilitate the opening of the filter when replacing the cartridges,
starting from the model 35 (35 cartridges), we propose, as an option,
an hydraullic davit arm in order to facilitate the substitution of the
cartridges.
Cartridge Fixing In order to assure a reliable watertighness in
the cartridge fixing, they are placed in the following way:
In the lower part, settled in the false bottom pleat, guided by a guide
tube and a circular seat with a perimetral ledge, that remains incrusted
in the cartridge.
In the upper part, is made by a special piece, designed by FLUYTEC,S.A.
called "tetón", assuring their waterthigness with a plastified
spring that press the tetón against the closure plate.
