Designed as a solution for corrosion problems (waters with a high salinity range, sea waters or agressive liquids). The FRP has demonstrated to be the most appropiate material for this purposes.

We have a wide standard range of FRP Filter Housings, from 40 m3/h to 700 m3/h per Filter Housing, being posible to make them for flows under or over the ones above mentioned.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

Construction Materials The filter housing is made integrally in FRP. The internal parts in contact with the liquid are made in different plastic materials and the cartridge's waterthigness springs, in plastified stainless steel.

The Filter Housing external closure screws are made in standard way in Stainless Steel, quality A2, being posible in other materials.

Design Pressure Our Filter Housings are calculated as pressure vessels according ADMERKBLATT M.1. codes. The standard recommended pressure is 6 Kg/cm2

Our FRP Filter Housing have many design solutions in order to obtain the best adaptation to the design of the plant.

Foundation Through 4 legs with a bolt per leg.

Connections The inlet/outlet standard connections are made through flanges according DIN 2576 PN-10, being posible another design codes.

Empty and Drain All our equipment have a drain per chamber (filtered and non filtered liquid) as well as a superior air drain and connections for the installation of a security valve located in the upper part of the equipment.

Cartridge Fixing In order to assure a reliable watertighness in the cartridge fixing, they are placed in the following way:

In the lower part, settled in the false bottom pleat, guided by a guide tube and a circular seat with a perimetral ledge, that remains incrusted in the cartridge.

In the upper part, is made by a special piece, designed by FLUYTEC,S.A. called "tetón", assuring their waterthigness with a plastified spring that press the "tetón" against the closure plate.
