PP Filtering Nozzles

Fluytec’s PP Filtering nozzles have been designed with a Hemispherical Head Design, which optimizes the Hydraulic Distribution avoiding the “Canyon Effect” (Avoiding the creation of preferential channels in the filtering media which decrease the performance of the MMF). Head-Body junction is performed by thermal-mechanical forming. This provides high Resistance and Reliability, unattaibable by welding. Head design options, with 36 slots of 0.2 or 0.5 mm (1.8 cm and 5.22 cm) give a High Free Surface.
